Director Profile: Julian Blackmore
The founder of The Bournes companies, Julian has gained a vast amount of business experience during his career.
Having initially studied Management Accounting, Economics and Law, he rose quickly through the ranks to be one of his employer’s
youngest ever managers, entrepreneurialism was always in his blood. Diversifying into business consulting in the software development arena,
he developed the ideal skill combination to create a successful business in a modern environment. Managing his own private property investments
from the mid 1990's, way before the Buy-To_Let phenomenon was born, he has invaluable market knowledge.
Director Profile: Richard Oliver
After studying business studies, Richard joined Connell Estate Agents where he cut his teeth in the highly competitive residential markets.
Standing out at an early age, Richard was soon promoted to Branch Manager and then on to Partner. Wanting the bigger challenge of development,
Richard soon specialised in land acquisition for both Enfields and Goadsby where was a Southern Area Land Manager. Being one of the South’s
most respected and knowledgeable land development specialists, Richard joined Bournes as a Director in 2008 and brings with him exceptional
property knowledge and experience.
Office Manager: Tracy Ryder
Tracy Ryder joined the company in August 2009 having worked with both Julian Blackmore & Pauline Donner
previously in another Estate Agency. After a short time Tracy became the office manager to help ensure our high standards and procedures
are followed. As Tracy has formerly managed a country homes sales office within the
industry, it has been a natural progression for her to return to a valuation and sales role within this company as she offers a great
deal of knowledge combined with an excellent customer service record.
