Whats in HIPs?
Don't worry about whats in one. All you need to know is that as of 1^st August 2007, all properties that have not been marketed before that date must have a valid pack if they have 4 bedrooms or more. If you really want to know what's in there click here for a sample, else let your Estate Agent worry about it as thats what you pay us for.
