Managing Director: Julian Blackmore
The founder of Bournes, Julian entered the property business as a private investor 30 years ago, so has vast experience from both sides of the fence. Addition experience current and past also includes:
Head of Software Development, Consultant Business Analyst, Management Accountant (CIMA).
Diversifying from accountancy to business software development, Julian developed the ideal skill combination to create a successful business in a modern environment.
Managing his own private property investments from the mid 1990's, way before the Buy-To-Let phenomenon was born, he diversified further to estate agency. He has
invaluable property market and investment knowledge and also provides bournes with technical consulting relating to building and planning.
Director Profile: Pauline Hoadley
Pauline has been with Bournes since the start and brought with her years of banking administration experience.
An expert in the administration procedures with both property Sales and Lettings, Pauline is also ARLA Qualified.
Currently she is the primary contact for office related matters and managing the day-to-day aspects of the letting side of the business.
Manager: Luke Belt
Luke has been with the company since 2020 having moved from another similar estate agency and prior graduating in biochemistry.
With over a decade of property expereince, Luke specialises in general sales, property management and corporate asset disposal for ex-housing association stock.
